Juliette, raised by an Irish father and a French mother steeped in Provence’s culinary and cultural traditions, offers guests a genuine connection to the region’s way of life. 

Bilingual and bicultural, she moves effortlessly between anglophone and francophone worlds, creating space for meaningful cross-cultural exchange. 

After two decades living and working across three continents (Europe, Asia, North America), she returned to France, drawn by the beauty of the landscape, the rhythm of the seasons, and the desire to root her family in a place where nature and culture meet.

Shannon, born and raised in the American Midwest, began her European journey in Italy—drawn there by her studies and her family’s roots in the wine industry—before following her heart to Paris and, eventually, Provence.

Now a dual citizen with a background in tourism, wine, and strategy, she moves easily between cultures—blending American warmth with a deep appreciation for French life.

After more than a decade in Paris, she moved south to raise her family—a choice rooted in her upbringing on a vineyard, where rhythm, nature, and community shaped her sense of home.
