The Leadership Chapter
Step away, to step forward
The Leadership Chapter is for women at a personal or professional crossroads. This isn’t time off — it’s a deliberate pause.
Five days in the south of France, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and the light of Provence. Here, you’ll quiet the noise, see clearly, and choose your next move with confidence.
With the guidance of a seasoned leadership coach and the intimacy of a Provençal villa, you’ll balance focused frameworks and candid conversations with restorative moments that bring you back to yourself.

Stephanie Wright, CEO & Founder, CPCC
Stephanie Wright is a global executive turned leadership catalyst with a career that spanned 25 years, 60 countries, and senior roles at a Fortune 500 company—where she was the first woman to break into historically closed leadership levels. Along the way, she learned that strength and empathy are not opposites but powerful allies, and that true leadership means leaving the door open for others.
As founder of Agora Leadership, Stephanie partners with leaders who want to move beyond achievement to rediscover purpose, clarity, and power. She has coached hundreds across continents, lectured at universities, and supported senior leaders at the World Economic Forum, best-selling authors, and global organizations—always by referral, always through impact.
Stephanie brings this work to women navigating transition or seeking renewal. Together with My Provence Chapter she has created a unique retreat with space to pause, reflect, and rediscover leadership not as performance, but as presence—supported by the beauty of Provence and the power of community.
